LAN Warranty Certification process is now more streamlined

Madison Express offers a 20 year LAN warranty on structured cabling solutions, covering a broad range of Garland products and other brands Madison Express distribute. The warranty provides peace-of-mind in knowing a whole LAN solution is covered. The warranty certification has recently undergone a number of updates aimed at simplifying the process. This makes it easier than ever to have your 20 year warranty registered.

A new two sided application form has been released and is now available for download. The first side of the form represents a pre-registration phase and is to be completed and submitted before any installation work begins. The aim of this pre-registration is to allow Madison Technologies to review the proposed installation and to provide technical and product support if required. The second page is submitted after the installation work is complete. It includes a check-list of additional documentation and certification that will be required by Madison Technologies to process the application. The new two page form streamlines the process and means applications can be processed in a shorter time-frame.

The Madison Express 20 year LAN warranty is applicable to a select range of Garland copper and fibre optic equipment cables and connectivity hardware including Cat5E, Cat6 and Cat6A systems. Additional hardware from other vendors distributed by Madison Express may also be included on a case-by-case basis and can be confirmed at the pre-registration phase. Installers with the applicable ACMA licence and a documented history in copper or fibre installations can apply for the 20 year LAN warranty
